Education Acquisition Group's CEO, Dr. Kia O. Cadet, envisioned a consulting firm that would provide confidential, personalized support with meeting corporate, educational, and professional goals and project performance objectives. After living in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area for more than two decades developing strategic advancement guides for organizations, providing live-coaching support to education professionals, offering crisis aversion strategies for individual clients, and traveling across the globe to observe educational program and business models, she expanded her consulting efforts globally. 

Dr. Cadet shared the foundational charge of Education Acquisition Group which altered the professional trajectory of her assembled team and their clients: Utilize the team's collective business, non-profit, education, and military expertise in business development, organizational management, qualitative and quantitative data collection and coding, federal education policy, professional development facilitation, strategic planning, budget management, and procurement to help clients map out complex ideas and concepts

Dr. Cadet formalized her work with a team of experts; and in the spring of 2017, Education Acquisition Group became a reality.
